When do you deliver?
Twice weekly – on Mondays and Wednesdays. You can order as you wish for either or both of these days. Delivery times range from early morning to mid-day.
Do I have to be home for delivery?
No – but it is ideal that meals make their way into a fridge as soon as possible. If you won’t be home all day, it is VITAL that you tell us in the notes when you order. For all first time orders, we definitely need you to provide delivery details – where to leave the meals, etc.. If you don’t provide details for your delivery, we are not responsible for lost or misplaced items.
How are meals delivered?
We use an insulated bag with ice packs. If your meals will sit out for most of the day, we add an insulated liner. We ask you to return all these items upon a future delivery day by leaving them out for us to pick up. We reuse them to be more sustainable!
How do I order?
Create an account on our website – this will allow you to see our menu options and place an order. There is no obligation to order when you create an account.
Is this a subscription and are there any fees?
We are NOT a subscription service! You order as you please. We only have a $40 order minimum per delivery and a $10 delivery charge for weekly orders under $150. If you order for Monday and Wednesday at the same time, you only pay one $10 delivery charge.
